Water customers are advised to have one faucet in their home running a
pencil lead thin stream of cold water at all times, until the advisory is lifted.
Running this water will help prevent the freezing of pipes and other equipment
in the water system. Customers will receive a credit on their February water
bill to account for the extra water usage.
